清明節(jié)，又稱踏青節(jié)、行清節(jié)、三月節(jié)、祭祖節(jié)等，節(jié)期在仲春與暮春之交。清明節(jié)源自上古時代的祖先信仰與春祭禮俗，兼具自然與人文兩大內(nèi)涵，既是自然節(jié)氣點，也是傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。

清明祭祖，按照習俗，一般在清明節(jié)上午出發(fā)掃墓。拜清的方式或項目各地有所不同，常見的做法有兩部分內(nèi)容組成:一是整修墳墓，二是掛燒紙錢、供奉祭品。掃墓時首先整修墳墓，其做法主要是清除雜草，培添新土，然后行禮祭拜。
